I came in thinking I had a huge problem with my laptop asking them to check what's the matter with it asap, and they got right onto business. Called me a few minutes later and they didn't charge me because there was no problem with the pc. Anyway, highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came with a broken-screen HP laptop. They repaired it but with a "non-official" glue. The laptop could not close completely, there was an approximately 1cm gap between the screen and the keyboard part (pic 1). They told me that if I wanted a perfectly repaired screen with no gap I could go to an authorized HP warranty center for 150.000 Ft instead of their service of 50.000 Ft. I was OK with the repairment at their place and got a 1 year warranty paper (pic 2). After 1 month of usage, the laptop screen turned striped and lagged ( pic 3) without any form of physical collision or anything. I came back to the store, and after examine the laptop thoroughly they gave me another paper (pic 4). After 5 days, they sent a text message saying they can not find any appropriate screen (pic 5), although they repeatedly stated from the beginning that the screen was of the same type as the original one, and the gap was purely due to the glue. I came to the store yesterday asking for a refund but they declared that it was not their mistake, and that I must have broken it again during the 1 month period despite the fact that it was not true. They refused to refund after all, and their attitude was not professional as they continuously sniggered when I was complaining.
Sorry for the wall of text ??. Would not recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new charger there last Tuesday but forgot my receipt. Fabric faulty and could swap it today. Great service! Bought all my laptops here the last 7 years. Never had a problem. Highly recomended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Alpha Laptopszerviz after an "official dealer" from another service told me that they can't replace the motherboard that was damaged. They told me that i have to buy a new laptop!
A minute after leaving the "official dealer" I saw the Alpha LaptopSzerviz got inside and explained my problem and they offered few solutions. I was to wait for a few days and they would call me back. After half an hour I got a phone call that they figured out the problem fixed it and I could come back and collect the laptop. Great ! I would definitely recommend this "unofficial dealer". They were perfect. Will go there again if I had a problem and forget about the so called "official dealers"!

The mwh after replacing the battery didn't match that on the battery packaging
