 An unreachable company announces by phone, during automated hours, that all their colleagues are giving busy, legally meaningless responses in emails. Great cleanups would be needed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem az első alkalom, hogy SEMMILYEN melléken nem elérhető ott SENKI telefonon. Már az is korrektebb lenne, ha bemondaná egy hang, hogy sajnos nincs telefonos ügyfélszolgálat, kérdéseit/ügyintézést személyesen, vagy jelentős késéssel emailben tudja intézni...
It's not the first time that it's NOT available anywhere on the SENKI phone. It would be even more correct if a voice were to say that unfortunately there is no telephone customer service, questions / administration can be addressed personally or with significant delays in email ...

I talked to a lady on the phone and she was terribly kind, helpful and explained everything I wanted to know.

They didn't respond to the phone call or email, but they wished them a happy birthday (that's why it didn't become two stars !!) - I'm waiting for the answer to my question in exchange for the 4 stars in advance! thanks kiss

Outrageous phone reception: "investigate." After they themselves investigate me without providing my details and show up to look it up. We are afraid of such bodies and people there that it is disgusting to live here!
