A telefonos beszélgetés során egy pillanatra sem hangzott el az "elnézést" vagy a "megértem és sajnálom" kifejezés. Azt viszont közölték, hogy visszaléphetek bármikor. Milyen rendesek... Terveztem még 1-2 rendelést, de soha többet. Inkább megveszem máshol, ha kell drágábban Stocked product out of stock within 1 week. This is nothing more than misleading customers. ( 24-ei visszaigazolású rendelést, következő hónap 14-én óhajtottak volna teljesíteni. Ez testvérek közt is 20-21 nap) Hát nem lettünk nagy cimborák. Telephone customer service is difficult to reach (8-10 calls must be made before one is received), the goods marked "in stock" later turn out to be out of stock, none of the 2-7 days delivery time indicated in the order confirmation is true. Másnap megnéztem náluk a terméket, már nem lehetett megtalálni a rendszerükben. Legalább egy emailt küldhettek volna, hogy a webáruházukban megrendelt, áru nem is létezik. Ez a termék a webáruházuk szerint raktáron volt náluk, amit másnapra ki is szállítottak volna.... Legközelebb, ha rájuk akadnék, messze elkerülöm ezt az áruházat. I found a product with them through a product finder. I ordered, in their webshop, I did not receive a confirmation letter. The next day I checked the product with them, it could no longer be found in their system. They could have sent at least one email stating that the goods ordered in their web store did not even exist. According to their webshop, this product was in stock, which they would have shipped the next day .... Next time I come across them, I’ll avoid this store by far.
