★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tegnap voltam először beautyrobic-core edzésen, egy Niki nevű lány tartotta, aki nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt! ? Nagyon jól esett, mert ha az ember új egy ilyen helyen, kicsit kellemetlenül érzi magát, hogy semmit nem tud, de itt már belépés után eloszlatták ezt az érzést.
Köszönöm, nagyon jó volt, és habár a kis petyhüdt izmaim meghalnak az izomláztól, egész nap csak azon jár az eszem, hogy mennyire jó volt ez az egész ☺️✨
