The food is great with delicious pastas and pizza. The management is terrible however.. If you are unlucky enough that they receive a takeout order while you are waiting, be ready to wait 30+ minutes, because the online order seems to be the priority. This happened to me on multiple occasions, since I always give multiple chances. Thus this "fast food" restaurant no longer lives up to its name.

I love Bellozzo but this is the worst of all chains. Tasteless sauce, inedible, gummy meat, off putting smell. They also take forever.

I frequently visit Bellozo in other branches. When I saw in etele plaza, I was happy and I told let's eat from here this time. I ordered a simple/normal carbonara as usual with garlic and bacon. During ordering, The girl asked me "do you want bacon and padano? ", I was surprised little bit with this question because they put this two ingredients naturally and they are not asking this question. I told " of course I want." I paid without looking carefully to the machine. Because I just wanted to sit and eat. When I sat, I noticed that she charged me for both ingredients " as an extra" . If she told me at beginning if I want this as an "extra" I would say no. Of course if will go back to the cashier, they will say we asked as an extra. But I didn't want any discussion. Let it go. If someone want double portion of same ingredients which exist naturally in that chosen plate, that person will say " I want this as an extra". Even though Bellozo is not a McDonald's, I don't understand what is the logic of asking if we want extra of an ingredient which is naturally existing in that chosen plate. In that case what is the difference of your brand and a fast food shop? Bof, Finally, I want to believe that it is the amateurism of that worker. Because this never happened to me in other branches. Please prepare better the staff on order desk. The food ? The food was as usual delicious like in other branches. But it was with "extra" double of same ingredients which is making the food terribly heavy.

Average pizza with burnt bottom. The pesto salad was actually very tasty but as usual I hate eating from paper plates with wooden spoons for that price…

Ordered yesteray (Sunday) night for lunch today (Monday) delivered by Netpincer, second time already, ordered with extra chicken (csirke on the receipt) and there was NO chicken at all in the meal. Bellozzo cheats with delivery orders big time!! Absolutely disappointing!!

I was quite delighted with the dish. It's fantastic Italian food with great service. I've never encountered any bumps or disadvantages. I simply love it and I go there every week!<3
