This tour is a must go to when in Budapest. Firuz was our guide, he was extremely friendly and caring. He taught us with patience how to use it and took us around to all beautiful and historical places, with an explanation and story on everything. Very reasonable price and you get much more then you pay for! Thanks Firua again! We had the time of our lives!

As an experienced tourist, I highly recommend this place. The tour guide Firuz was very professional and nice. He first teached us riding a segway and made sure we are good with it. You can bring children or elderly without a need to worry, segways are very easy to handle. We stopped several times at city sights, listening to history of those places and having a cold drink or an ice cream.

So, we were in Budapest for only 1 day and knew that we needed to see a lot in a short matter of time. We ordered our tickets online and parked close to Vaci Ut, (the walk street with all the souvenirs), then we walked to Eco Segway and it was about 8 minutes, (slower pace). We ordered the Castle distract tour but because it was under construction we did the two hour tour which covered most of the tourist attractions. We saw a lot, in a short time. The tour was fine but there were some serious negatives. While we liked the guide as a person but he was not a great guide. He was very short with us, almost bossy; one of the ladies in our group stepped off the Segway and turned around to look at the parliament and he snapped at her and said," if you don't want to listen to me, i don't have to talk" --- we were a little shocked as she only honestly used no more than 5 seconds. The guide spoke very quickly and his English wasn't great, which wouldn't normally be a problem but when you are wanting information, it's important to actually understand the guide. He also said he would use hand signals and a couple times he didn't and we almost had a run-in. Like I said, the tour was fine but compared to the ones were done before, we wouldn't use them again. Edited: We got an email from the guide and the company was very apologetic and offered us a free trip. People aren't perfect and sometimes have off days so it's no big deal.

Segway is definitely the best way to explore the city, it is super fun and informative! My guide Shams was terrific! He is so kind and well informed. I was so nervous to begin with but the Nathan was so patient and kind while teaching me how to ride a Segway. They were so concerned about my safety and comfort. I felt like a lil girl all over again learning to ride a bike but just so much better and cooler than the bike. The tour was amazing. We stopped at 7-8 places in total and Shams was so caring through out the trip, making sure everything was good and be certain about my safety. I trusted them instantly and was just amazed by their kindness. Totally recommended! Book now and thank me later!!!
