★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the Mountain bike tour with electric mountain bikes and it was so fun. It was easy to ride the bikes and when we got to the top of the hill, we could see the whole of Budapest. We chose this tour instead of the typical city bike tour, and loved it!

This is one of those places were you pay for what you get, in this case: a high quality city bike!
Awsome to explore the other site of budapest, Buda has a lot of bike lanes for save biking, so no problems there. They also offer electric mountain bike which would be fantastic to explore the mountains like the fischerbastei.
Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High quality bikes for a good price. They offer standard, trekking and electric mountain bikes, which are all very nice to ride. I spoke to the personnel quite long, they know a lot about the city and are really friendly and helpful. Thanks for the good service (and the quiche ?)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an awesome time on the E-Mountain Bikes with Anita! Such amazing views from the top of Gellert Hill, it was so nice to see the city from this perspective and get out of the main centre for a while. Fisherman’s Bastion was absolutely impressive and the guide Anita shared some stories about the Castle area where she grew up. I highly recommend this tour and would do it again next time I’m back in Budapest!

The best choice if you want to ride along the Eurovelo 6. They offer bike rentals from Vienna to Budapest and/or Budapest to Belgrade. With all equipment included, and luggage transfer if required. They are very thorough and extremely helpful. Cannot recommend them enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a birthday treat from my other half to go on an E-mountain bike ride, and I really loved it! Buda Explorer made this surprise not only possible but a real great experience. They explained everything in detail and made sure we were safe. They recommended good routes as well. The bikes are really good quality, would definitely recommend them!

The rental process was simple and straightforward. The bikes were really easy to handle, and they are super fun to ride! Really good value for money as well. Thank you for this fun experience! :)

There are plenty of rental places around but as frequent riders we noticed that most bikes are pretty old and not in the best condition. We planned a longer ride so we wanted some good quality bikes. And we found them! They have normal bikes, E-bikes and mountain bikes. The bikes are brand new and in great shape. The staff was very friendly and recommended some nice routes and cafe's. Thank you Buda Explorer! We'll be back!
