Nem morgott, nem küldött el, hanem kinyitotta a rendelot és megvizsgalta az állatunkat. Sajnos ebben a "csodás" országban ezt is értékelni kell. Kind and knowledgeable doctor. Unfortunately, due to traffic, we got there a few minutes after closing and came back from the car when we wrote that we were here. He did not growl, did not send, but opened the order and examined our animal. Unfortunately, in this "wonderful" country, this must be appreciated.

Vizsgálat közben megkérdezte, hogy kombinált oltást/féregtelenítést kérek-e. Tapasztalatlanul rámondtam, hogy csak akkor, ha ettől nem lesz drágább. Valamit válaszolt a doki, de mivel nem magyar az anyanyelve, nem igazán értettem. A végén 15.400 Ft-ot fizettem, amit a nyelvi félreértésre gondolva annyiban hagytam, de bennem motoszkál a gyanú, hogy nem véletlenül történt így... S	Sun Andor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Családunk szeretett nyuszija tegnap elpusztult. Hacco Oren műtötte és sajnos rögtön a beavatkozással egyidőben a következő esedékes védőoltást is beadta neki. Nem mérte fel jól a nyuszi terhelhetőségét, ezt már nem bírta ki a szervezete, belázasodott és két nap szenvedés után elpusztult. Szakmailag teljesen megindokolhatatlan, hogy miért kellet rögtön be is oltani szegényt. Mi mondtuk, hogy talán nem kéne, most az oltás, visszajövünk később, de legyintett ellenvetésünkre és beoltotta. Örökké bánni fogjuk, hogy nem álltunk határozottabban ellen, ennek a felelőtlen döntésnek. Nem izgatta fel az orvost az sem, amikor másnap felhívtuk, hogy a nyuszi rosszul van, alig eszik. Egy másik kórházban próbálták hozzáértő orvosok megmenteni, de már késő volt. Minden állat különböző. Van orvos aki a kutyákhoz ért jól, van aki a rágcsálókhoz stb. A doktor úr nagyon kedves és segítőkész, nem azzal van a baj, de nyulakhoz sajnos nincs sok köze. Mindig ellenőrizzük le, hogy kedvencünket, olyan orvoshoz visszük-e, aki annak a speciális területnek a tényleges ismerője! Our family’s beloved bunny was destroyed yesterday. He was operated on by Hacco Oren and, unfortunately, was given the next due vaccination at the same time as the procedure. He didn’t assess the bunny’s load capacity well, his body couldn’t stand it anymore, he got a fever and died after two days of suffering. It is completely unjustified professionally why it was necessary to vaccinate the poor right away. We said maybe we shouldn’t, now the vaccination, we’ll come back later, but he waved our objection and vaccinated him. We will forever regret not being more strongly opposed to this irresponsible decision. Nor was the doctor excited when we called the next day that the bunny was sick, barely eating. In another hospital, competent doctors tried to save him, but it was too late. Every animal is different. There are doctors who are good at dogs, some who are rodents, and so on. The doctor is very kind and helpful, there is nothing wrong with that, but unfortunately rabbits have little to do. Always check to see if you are taking your pet to a doctor who is an actual connoisseur of that specialty!
E	Erzsébet Jóna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ többször jártunk nála, mindig nyugodt, kedves a kutyával és gazdival, empatikus , eddig mindig sikeres volt /több kisebb műtét is/, előre időzített pontban, nem kell várakozni. Árak ,mint minden magánrendelőben nem olcsók, de mindent megtesz, hogy a kutya ne stresszeljen, nem okoz felesleges fájdalmat, szerintem lelkiismeretes orvos, emberileg is szimpatikus. we visited him several times, always calm, kind with the dog and the owner, empathetic, he has always been successful so far / several minor surgeries /, at a pre-arranged point, no need to wait. Prices, like in all private clinics, are not cheap, but they do everything they can to keep the dog from being stressed and do not cause unnecessary pain, I think he is a conscientious doctor, humanly sympathetic.
