Soha nem tudták kézbesíteni rendesen házhoz, és soha nem is csörgetnek meg, szerintem automatikusan hozzájuk kerül, és a postás nem is hozza ki, mert direkt mindig otthon vagyok, ha tudom hogy levél vagy csomag érkezik... Soha nem lehet őket elérni telefonon, és semmilyen más platformon. H	Herboly Mihalyne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harmadszor fordul elő, hogy a Szabadság út 27.- hez tartozó postás még a kaputelefon csengőjét megnyomni is lusta. Pontosan tudja, hogy mindig itthon vagyok mikor a postát hordja ki. Viszonr örömét leli abban, hogy mozgásorlátozottként “futkossak” a postára. A mai küldemény a lányomnak jött aki azt nagyon várta. Ő is itthon volt, mert csomagoltak mivel délután 5- kor utaztak el. Most hétfőn mehetek a postára a küldeményért és küldhetem a lányom után azt ( természetesen nem kevés pénzért!!!) külföldre. Fel vagyok háborodva, hogy akinek a kézbesítés a munkája, nehezen mozgó emberekkel szórakozik anélkül, hogy ennek a munkahelyén következménye lenne. A technikai okot nem részletezik, hanem közlik, hogy menjek be érte a postára, ahová csak órákkal a telefonos értesítés után érkezett meg a csomag, mert addig a kézbesítőnél volt, tehát ki is hozhatta volna (valószínűleg kényelmi okból nem hozta ki a csomagot). A nyitvatartási idővel félretájékoztattak, a csomagkézbesítő által említett időpont előtt 1 órával bezár a posta. A teljes postaköltséget kifizettették, holott a szolgáltatás elmaradt, így a házhozszállítás díját beszedték, de el kellett menni sorbanállni a postára. Korábban is előfordult hasonló eset, akkor sms- ben értesítettek, hogy menjek be a csomagért, ami nem is találta, amik mentem érte, és csak napokkal később, egy újabb sms után tudtam felvenni, amiben fennhangon közölték, hogy utoljára értesítenek, és visszaküldik a csomagomat, ha nem veszem fel azt náluk. Inkorrekt társaság, lehetőség szerint érdemes elkerülni. The package is not brought out (not for the first time), they called not to deliver the package for "technical" reasons. Miért nem lehet felcsöngetni? A posta nyitvatartása miatt még érte sem tudok menni...!!!
