The staff refused to print them, as they had to close at 22.00 because of the labor day. The reason to do that "we have cameras watching us, we can't." Best customer service ever.

Friendly conversations went on plus help me how to adjust the pages for me. I am fully satisfied from them. Thank guys. I will definitely come back when i need.

When there is trouble with a printing machine, workers are extremely reluctant to come and help. "What should I do?" Even if they are just sitting around, they pretend to be deaf. One of my doucment was left unrpitned, since they could not solve the issue. Then I asked for a spiral binding -- it eventually took the worker 20 minutes, I needed to witness how he drags out the spiral from my copy with extreme effort. She is supposedly and understudy, but the other two workers were not willing to take over the work. Supposedly, they cannot decide to take over a task when the understudy cannot perform it. I asked for the complaint book. "Here it is, in plain sight" -- said another worker with a red hair, showing me some binding samples. Then came a 5-minute scramble for the complaint book, while they informed me: "we are only substituting here, we have nothing to do with this shop. I always hated Copy General for it's slow service and bad state of their machine -- now it is matched with a rude service level.
A	Ane Dall'Agnol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly and helpful. You can get a student card that costs 500 HUF and will give you 10% discount in all your impressions, which sounds great. It is often very busy and there is usually a little waiting, but they also offer a "self-service" option (ask about it and they'll explain). I honestly don't have any complaints.

As it is the weekend, the printing places near where I am staying weren't open so I had to look over a broader area, which is how I found Copy Guru. After reading the reviews, I had very low expectations and wasn't looking forward to my visit, but I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The gentleman who served me was very friendly, and even created a hotspot for me so I could use his personal internet to email the store with my boarding pass - above and beyond anything he needed to do. Very affordable, and the service was fast. Really happy with my experience and highly recommend to others.

Service is very poor, it feels like they are doing you a giant favour by doing their actual job!! was there twice, both times was disappointed. staff is not polite, negative and ignorant attitude.
