Huge hall, transparent selection, helpful, prepared sellers! It was a real refreshment to come here. Assortment in all price categories, I didn't see bad parquet, just nice and cheap, or more beautiful and expensive!

The selected goods arrived at the company's warehouse without any problems. Delivery was promised within a few days of notification, but when it was done it turned out they could not deliver within 2 weeks. So they had to organize their own transport. The shipping fee previously paid has been refunded.

I managed to select the right parquet with a very prepared, experienced and kind salesman, and I also received useful advice during the purchase. The natural light of the showroom allows you to see the actual color of the floors. They are also very flexible in storing goods that have already been purchased. I am quite sure that I will make the next floor purchase with them and recommend it to others.

When we entered their showroom they were kind and helpful. We ordered from them in larger quantities and amounts. When the goods arrived, they did not indicate that they were damaged, only that they had arrived and we could go settle the other half. I was tired too, we sorted it out and ordered the delivery. The goods were presumed to be damaged in their warehouse on the day of delivery. They called and told me that delivery could take place today, but one of the boxes of goods was damaged and would be shipped free of charge and then refunded within 1-2 days. I complained that I did not have a decision-making position, that I did not choose this, but that intact goods were procured and delivered free of charge. That's when I received strong information that I was doing well and how fair they are, as I get my money back and I get the goods for free ... And I didn't feel that was right. In this situation, I think it is worth offering the buyer a choice if the goods are damaged due to your fault! After that, a defective product was actually shipped during the shipment, and it was also stated on the delivery note that the product was damaged. However, I did not receive my money in the 4 days, instead of the promised ("today, tomorrow"). When I called them, I was not very kind enough to say, "They can go after me, but I can get my money by then. Calm down!" ... I got it in an interesting way, I followed it exactly, only after the complaint. (In such an item, the transfer between banks is also in seconds ...) This is probably unique, but running into such communication twice is unfortunate! I certainly don't recommend them to anyone anymore ...
