Let me take this opportunity to thank you for the service rendered by Easy Debrencen towards to my children when they came to Debrencen for their studies at the university of Debrencen. As a company, the service you have provided such as finding accommodation,transport from Budapest to accommodation in Debrencen, Opening a bank account, Visa processing, advise for various stages before and after entering the University etc.was tremendous. Due to your dedication service, we were in a peaceful mind until they settle in Debrencen and started their studies with out any hesitation. Further, please accept my sincerest gratitude to Ms.IIdiko, Ms.Anna, and to your team for the dedication service. Very bad experience having dealt with Easy Debrecen. They trick the parents by posing to help locate accommodation for students but never provide you a good service or act in your interest. They have an understanding with landlords and take money from them and at the end of the apartment contract the landlord will deduct deposit monies by saying that the apartment required painting and cleaning and give fake bills for all the work. Appears that they have an understanding with the landlord because they only support the landlord and not the students who pay for their services. The services that EASY Debrecen provides are below average for the fees they collect. Will never recommend their services to anyone as my experience with them has not been positive and I never received any quality service. My recommendation would be to never use them as otherwise it will cause regret later.
