★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flight was cancelled and the passengers instructed to take a taxi to the hotel. The fare was supposed to be reimbursed by the company. It's been well over 2 months now. Sent several emails to the Budapest center and then to the Cairo center. The money is not much anyway, but it's the customer service that matters. Guess they've decided I'm not worthy of their time.
