★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks modem on the inside, good location, old building might have been built in the 70s 80s; does not have to do anything with the original EMKE bistro building which been located on the corner of Erzsébet körút and Rákóczi út.
The offices are mid to high priced, the fan coil system is old but works after some tweaking by maintenance. Recently changed to led corridor lighting, most offices are using fluorescent lamps, not cool. Net coverage is limited, only one or two ISPs present. No security at all (recent break in), and has limited parking underneath.

A big thanks to them, plus the bank welcoming business offers are absolutely tidy up to our needs. A big thanks, they answered very quickly, and everything was ready when I arrived to the appointment. No loss of time or anything, and with a perfect english :) nagyon köszönöm szépen :)
