★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in trying to open a bank account. Was waiting for 30 mins and my number never came up, not because they are busy or was crowded, people who came after me got attended right away. Except for those who wanted to open a new account. I guess that goes to show how much they care about getting new customers.
