Despite many requests, they did not come to install the sun sail. It was always promised but only postponed. I do not recommend it.

I went for the goods. They are fast and helpful.

We ordered the Euroland Ltd. sail on the basis of internet and telephone consultation. Perfect in both size and design. They have a very helpful and flexible staff.

I do not recommend them to anyone. On the one hand, only positive reviews are allowed, negative ones simply don’t show up on their facebook page, only the person who wrote them who thinks they’ve appeared but doesn’t. Allegedly 25 years of experience, they advertise themselves with this. They dumped 100 thousand HUF with me unnecessarily, they understand sun sails so much. I also sent them pictures, and someone came out to “assess” them. But even here on the spot, they didn’t realize that what I was planning wasn’t going to work, it wouldn’t give almost any shade, so if they had understood it, they would have talked about it or suggested something else. Before the sunscreen was put on the spot, unpacked from the packaging after the column was set up, it fell on them and they said oh woe, come on, it will be so small. I thought if I put a square with them instead of a triangular sun sail later it would be good. For this they were sent an offer that would have been another 100 thousand, without any kind of discount, they did not feel that maybe since they were the professionals and the customer delivered something they were not happy with then they try to give the appearance and somewhat please, but obviously they are not at all they feel that they would have any responsibility here. Well, because of the curvature of one side of the new square sail, the canvas that you should have shaded would have received even more (or sooner) days, so I withdrew from this great offer. This, too, would have been sold to me with a calm heart and equipped so that it made no sense. I asked that if they had managed to survey the terrain so well, neither on the basis of the pictures, nor on the spot, and it was worth nothing that they had sold me, then they had the opportunity to take out the column and the other tools they could use later, and they give back the money so that not only I will fail. The total amount would have been about 20% approx. 1 week later after no reaction I wrote to them again to take out the column and, as compensation, if they were already here, put on me the pergola I bought, but they did not react either. By the way, the triangular sun sail was also measured, it became small, 3 caribbeans had to be stacked at the column to be able to stretch it. And about the rectangle, an offer was sent in which the length of one side was taken to be 310cm while it was only 282cm (I gave all 4). So if I don’t notice it is smoothly manufactured in a good size for a sun sail. That's how I get to the sun sails.
