★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. I went here twice and I got disappointed twice.
They cut your hair without washing it before. When you complain why they had messed up the haircut, they start to whine because the client should have asked for a shampoo and wash at the beginning. I think if there is a bit of a styling gel on the hair, it's up to the hairdresser to tell the client that he needs a hair wash (even if that would come at an additional cost to the not so low prices).
