Állandóan úgy összekócolódik és összeáll, hogy ilyet még nem láttam, pedig 8 éve rakják a hajam. Senkinek sem ajánlom a vásárlást innét. Feleslegesen kidobott pénz! Valószínűleg ha tartós pothajat akarnék, nem a 20 ezer forintosok között nézelődnék, hanem a drágább natúr hajak között, de arra, hogy viselem pár órát, reggel felteszem, este le, sokáig bírják a 20 ezres hajak is.... Már lassan 5 éve csak tőlük rendelek póthajat és azóta se találtam jobbat, a minőséggel is megvagyok elégedve, és az árral is, a segítőkész kiszolgálás pedig csak plusz ráadás. ?? A panaszkezelés is kritikán aluli..kötekednek és számtalan kifogást találnak arra, hogy ne kelljen fizetniük. Senki ne rendeljen Tőlük!! Műanyag kevert szálas hajakat (reménykedtem benne, hogy legalább valami festhető állati dolog lesz ha már valamit beleraknak). Persze így már érthető miért nem akarják, hogy sokat világosíts a sötétebb hajakon. Nem mintha lehetne őket rendesen szivatni mert brutál réteg szilikon van a hajakon. Első rendelésnél elég szépen át is vertek aminek a csúcspontja az volt mikor a kedves hölgy a telefonon a probléma megoldàsa helyett inkább valaki mással pletyizett a háttérben és olyan gyorsan ràzott le a hazugságaival amilyen gyorsan csak lehetett, persze bármiféle kompenzáció vagy legalább egy "elnézést" nélkül... Ebay minőség gyors kiszállítással, ennyi az egyetlen előnye... Here one cannot find quality. You really get as much money as you can.
