Super deal with great sellers. I strongly recommend it to anyone who loves the brands of the store. We managed to equip our entire kitchen with new pans and utensils despite the fact that the sellers were unable to help us immediately upon arrival because they had to deal with a customer who spoke in an unqualified style. I recommend the help of the security guards to the company in this case because quite a lot of customers will leave if you get into such a loud noise caused by an unpleasant customer. Luckily, the sellers handled the frustrated Gentleman well and after he left we were finally able to shop in peace.

To my great pleasure, a Tefal grocery store opened in the middle of the city, which is well-equipped, with a large selection and kind performers! The shop is beautiful, I like to check in anytime because I always find something new and interesting!

On August 19, 2021, I bought a clothes steamer at the Tefal Brand Store in Westend city. Unfortunately, it didn't work the first time, so I took it back right away. At about 15:10, I arrived at the store that day. The young man I bought from was willing to do the thing and started exchanging for another product, however, maybe another salesman or store manager there (hopefully not in that position…) spoke out about the exchange, saying we would try. Of course, I approved the thing because I was wondering if I had handled the product badly. He tried it didn't work… after that he tried for a long time one after another, switching on the faulty, already burning smell and terrible heat. I said it was unnecessary to try as it was not good… this low slightly plus size frustrated woman rumbled at me and repeatedly wanted to call me the security guard because she thought my behavior was inappropriate… meanwhile this woman insulted me that I was so meaningless and so meaningless. So I turned to the young man, saying that I was not talking to this frustrated woman in a non-pure state of mind because I had already started to be nervous about what she was saying. The young man brought another product, willingly tried it, often apologizing. I got a new, working steamer for which I went. Next time I go shopping in the store, and it is not the young man who will be the seller, but this terrible woman, I will not go in and I will advise my friends on this. I do not think that this attitude that this woman represents fits into your business policy!

This great store with a wide selection has finally opened near us, so far I have bought it in the premier outlet, but from now on it is my new favorite. The sellers are always infinitely kind and helpful, I will be a returning customer here too. I can only recommend the deal to everyone. :)

The store was nice and sophisticated, the sellers were helpful, and the electric kettle I bought for Christmas was a top super product. We've been cooking almost this ever since. I can only recommend the store. :)

The store is very nice, the service is nice. If I need some household appliances, I just go here. The quality of products is also excellent.

Today we bought a Krups vending machine in the store. The people there helped with the choice, told all the important information and drew attention to the action. We would love to go back here again
