★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was such a great pleasure to stay some night in that place. The staff is very good. The equipment and the style of the room is excellent, it is fully renovated, well equipped. A very big balcony is just an extra for the room and it is a good place to stay a night with some beer/wine. The breakfast and dinner is a huge and delicious. The wellness part is limited, but I have good experience with the wellness equipment (jacuzzi and sauna).
Altogether I am recommending this place for couples and families as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so rude. They can just open your room without asking. We also had to wait more than an hour to go to our rooms 'cause the staff couldn't find rooms (there were many available). Part of our group had to look for another hotel...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would NOT recommend it to anyone. The service is low-quality. The host refused to settle us in the rooms even though we have booked them. We were waiting for more then one hour in the lobby. The hotel staff was rude and conceited. Don’t come here if you don’t want to spoil your holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place close to the cave spa. Around five minutes walk through a park. The ellipsum located on the other side of the road. Helpful staff, tasty breakfast with good coffee, and stable WiFi. The room was clean, the bead was comfortable.
