★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for a week in the Regnum Residence, the nights were very quiet, the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast is limited, but the food was tasty, it was just enough. The staff is very polite and helpful, from the bar to the room attendant. The public transport is very good, five minutes walk to the Batthyany square to the underground, there are tram and bus stops just around the corner. More English TV channels would be welcomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel used to be our top choice in Budapest during the last 3 years. The rooms are spacious and it is in a quite good location. However during the last stay we were not satisfied with the service. The rooms were not clean enough when we arrived and also we did not get daily cleaning service even if we put on the sign on the door. The breakfast was never the strength of this place, but it is now very very simple, more like a 2 star hotel level. Additionally, the rooms are getting outdated, seems like maintenance is something they are also saving money on. I really hope they will get back to the level of service they had 3 years ago, but right now I would think twice spending money on this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice hotel. In a good location. Great value for money. Large, comfortable rooms. Breakfast menu a bit sparse, did not give much choice, but the products were fresh and tasty. Overall, I rate the hotel very positively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleaning service is not superb. Towels that are left on the floor are just being folded and put back on the rack, glasses and cups not being replaced and more of these small but irritating things.

Clean and modern well furnished and very spacious superior rooms.
We didn't have danube view but otherwise no downsides.
Ok breakfast, could do with more pasties and some hot vegetables would be nice but fine.
On a last minute discount we got through booking it was well worth it but wouldn't pay full price. Huge bed ! ?
