É	Éva Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felháborító, hogy miután kiderült a termèk hibás, a bolt egyedül hagy a problémával! Konkrétan széttárták a kezüket , te vagy a vásárló, oldd meg te! Keresed meg a neten az adott termék szakszervizét. Vidd el te a HIBÁS termèket a szakszervizbe, majd ha kiderül hogy valóban hibàs a termèk, akkor kèrj egy igazolàst róla. Menj vissza a boltaba, ès akkor kicserèlik... Senkinek nem ajànlom, mert egy normàlis boltan visszaviszem a hibàs termèket ès kicserèlik!!! Majd a bolt megoldja ezt a gyàrtóval!!! De itt a konzolvilàgban 100% ban egyedül hagynak a problèmàddal, telefonàlgass te, rohangàlgass te, oldd meg te, ha màr voltàl akkora barom hogy nàluk vàsàroltàl!!!! Közel egy hete adtam le a rendelésemet, és még a visszaigazolást sem kaptam meg (ha nem teljesíthető a kért tétel akkor is illene 1-2 munkanapon belül válaszolni). 2. A negyedik napot kivárva írtam egy emailt ahol a rendelés felől érdeklődtem, hátha félrecsúszott valami de napok óta arra sem jött válasz.. 3. Telefonon elérni (a megrendelés alján feltüntetett telefonszámon) lehetetlen mivel 10p várakozás után sem veszi fel senki.. Nagyon csalódott vagyok :( Their online shopping service is a disaster. 1.
