★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ,,1931-ben Klebelsberg Kunó miniszter támogatásával a Református Kollégium az angolszász orientáció központjává formálódott az Angol Internátus létrehozásával. A cél az volt, hogy a kollégium eleven kultúrkapcsolatot építsen ki az angolszász világgal, s végzett diákjai az angol felsőbb iskolák egyenjogú hallgatói lehessenek, egyúttal képviselve is a magyarságot. E célra 1931-ben épült fel a mai Kossuth Kollégium.
,, In 1931, with the support of Minister Klebelsberg Kuno, the Reformed College became the center of Anglo-Saxon orientation with the creation of the English Internship. The aim was for the college to build a lively cultural relationship with the Anglo-Saxon world, and the graduates of the college would be equal students of the English higher schools, while also representing the Hungarians. The present Kossuth College was built in 1931 for this purpose.
