I LOVE THIS PLACE UUUUUUUUUGH. Many kids, many adults as well (without kids, not a bad thing, i am an adult myself), fun time with the character creator, wide range of items. Staff is more than happy to help! :^))

Overcharging customer in Christmas time, missing Complaints Registry, rudness toward customer. I buy every year in this shop for a substantial amount of money. This year at Christmas time encountered some new personal with an attitude not worthy Lego's promise of customer experience. The young guy apperantly in chard - who claimed there is no higher manager in the shop than him -, claimed that it is no problem that a price tag on the shelf is wrong, provided the price in the cashier's system is correct. WOW!!?? In this case the price tag at the shelf displayed a price by 25% lower than the one the cashier charged. When complained to the young guy about the price difference ie overcharging he claimed there is no manager in the shop I could talk to. He also said I should stop complaining because there is a long cue. I maintained my complaint, hence the guy's response: 'Go home and I do not mind if you do not come come back again.' When asked about "Vásárlók könyve" (complaints registry) - which any shop is obliged to have - the young guy said they do not have one, and I better leave the shop. No question my last visit at this shop. Since there were witnessess to this insult, notification to the Hungarian Authority for Consumer Protection has been posted. Subject line: Overcharging customer in Christmas time, missing Complaints Registry, rudness toward customer. Lego can do better.
