★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az Aréna Plazaban lévő boltban voltunk. Nagyon kedves kiszolgálásban volt részünk, igazi élmény volt. Egy erre alkalmasabb csokikímélő hűvösebb napon ellátogatunk még és vásárolunk!
 We were in the shop at Arena Plaza. We had a very kind service, it was a real experience. We will visit and buy on a more suitable chocolate-sparing cooler day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mai napon az Áréna plázában lévő boltban egy kedves hölgy és mosolygós fiatalember fogadott. A pénztárt kezelő hölgy szépen,artikulálva beszélt hozzánk. Ugyan csak 3 bonbont vásároltunk,de ugyanolyan kiszolgálásban volt részünk,mintha több ezer forintot hagytunk volna ott.
Külön köszönet,a lányunknak adott születésnapi bonbonért.
Today, a nice lady and a smiling young man greeted me at the shop in Arena Mall. The lady managing the cashier spoke to us nicely, articulately. Although we only bought 3 candies, we had the same service as if we had left thousands of forints there.
Special thanks for giving our daughter a birthday candy.

They are ready to serve but not intrusive. The selection is quite wide, although the store is not very large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice service, friendly, polite, helpful staff. After I paid my pick'n'mix the guy even offered me a small chocolate treat as a thank you. All in all a nice and pleasant experience, would definitely recommend the place.
You can pay with cash or card, and since the store is located on the ground floor it's easy to access for people using aids or a wheelchair. The store itself isn't that big, so I'm not sure if it's too narrow to navigate with a wheelchair or not. The closest located entrance is Kincsem Kapu.
