★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szerverek a legfelső emeleten, amik hűtésére újabb klímaberendezést szereltek be, tegnap óta használják is, hurrá. Ettől már négy utcával arrébb is jelentős a zajszennyezés, mellette lakni olyan, mintha az ember egy atomerőmű turbináit hallgatná reggel 8-tól este 10-ig. Döbbenet, hogy egy ilyen épületnek a városban a helye 2021-ben. Gyalázat.
 Servers on the top floor that have been fitted with another air conditioner for cooling have been in use since yesterday, hooray. Noise pollution is significant four streets away, and living next to it is like listening to the turbines of a nuclear power plant from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is shocking that such a building in the city will have its place in 2021. Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Több órás kiesés(ek), tájékoztatás/e-mail nincs, volt amikor még a telefonos ügyfélszolgálatot is lekapcsolták. Szerintem ezt a mai világban egy szolgáltató sem engedheti meg magának.. utólagos tájékozatatás sem volt persze semmi. Ennek megfelelően kerestem másik szolgáltatót. Tulajdonos váltás előtt semmi probléma nem volt, most viszont nem ajánlom senkinek.
There are no hours of downtime (s), no information / email, there was even a time when the telephone customer service was shut down. I don't think any service provider can afford this in today's world. I was looking for another provider accordingly. There was no problem before changing owners, but now I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honapok ota nem mukodik a levelezesem, mara mar a weboldalam, es a webmailem sem...a szamlak termeszeten ki vannak fizetve. Orakat toltottem el a veluk valo levelezessel, sokszor csak napok mulva valaszolnak, es persze megoldas tovabbra sincs... teljesen nonsense... Kar, mert nagyon regi ugyfeluk voltam, es sok evvel ezelott jo volt a szolgaltatasuk. Most senkinek nem javasolom!
My correspondence doesn't work for months, my website and my webmail are gone ... the bills are paid, of course. I spent time with the correspondence with them, many times they only respond in a few days, and of course there is no solution ... completely nonsense ... Faculty, because I was a very old customer, and their service was good many years ago. I do not recommend it to anyone now!
