★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service experiences I ever had the misfortune of having in my life. One of the saleswomen lied to me about a perfume, saying that it is the same one that is on display, and when I opened the box it wasn't in fact the same. It was a newer version and not the bottle I wanted. The saleswoman ran away soon as she saw me reenter the store and I informed her colleague that I was lied to and would like to return the perfume to which she very forcefully said 'no'. An argument started betweem us because this level of service is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful. Bespectacled blonde lady you are a terrible salesperson and you have successfully lost a Marionnaud customer for life. Congratulations.
