★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, Im no complainer but I never seen in my life careless sales team like theirs. We've been servicing our Audis there for years and they:
-Never said hello
-Did look right through me and my fiance, like we are invisible
-Never offered seat,magazine or beverage.
I dress well and act accurately and have been servicing Audis in other Dealerships around the world in the past - so I can confirm, these boys are really sitting backwords on their Horse.
PLEASE TAKE IT AS FEEDBACK AND ACT ACCORDINGLY!
Mechanical customer service is excellent on the other hand - Frank Sinkai is a ROCK!!! One star goes for Team Uptight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have another brand’s car to come here for pick up your VW the door men will not allow you to park because you driving another brand’s car.
Every body here are friendly just not including the door men.
After I have discussed with him if you do not allow me to park how can I go inside to pick up the car and pay the bill.
Then he said ok you can park outside. But I feel so uncomfortable why I can not park the car even outside before?
Should I park in the graphisoft park and walk here ?
I feel so sad about it. Hope the management can see it.
Next time hope will be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I'm coming here they treat me as a fool: sending back and forth between the 2 buildings, making me wait without anyone telling who to ask and make me feel bad being here. So far the work has been fine, but custumer service doesn't exist here.
Update: I'm raising stars from 2 to 3 as it seems they started to improve.
