Még soha nem tudtak segíteni az ügyintézésben, folyton odahívnak más dolgozókat, hosszú percekig tanakodnak, aztán elém tolnak egy lapot hogy írjam már le pontosan mit szeretnék... Egy igazolást amit a nagy OTP-ben 2 perc alatt kiállítanak. Ennyit. Nem tudom miért van ez itt, de mindig ez van, bármilyen ügyben megyek be. Az ATM-ek nagyon rendben vannak, tökéletes helyen, ritkán hibásodnak meg, és kettő is van, sosem kell sorba állni. Csak ezért 3 és nem 1 csillag. Áll ott az ember, miután kiváltotta előre a parkolójegyét és az ügyintéző flegmán odaköpi, hogy ott az automata, kártyával lehet befizetni. És ha mondjuk nincs otp bankkártyám, hanem valaki más számlájára szeretnék befizetni? Vagy ha van, de nincs nálam épp? Legközelebb azt írják ki hirdetménybe, hogy zárás előtt két órával már nem dolgozunk, be se jöjjenek. Vicc ez az egész, nem lehet elintézni egy ilyen egyszerű ügyet, mert az egyikben annyian vannak, hogy kint állnak az ajtó előtt már a várakozók, a másikban nem dolgoznak, a harmadik meg bezár 13 órakor. Most recently, they were unable or unwilling to help me with the specifics of setting up my account for international transfers without me returning several times. The attitude seems to be such that they are not here to help expedite solutions to your issues. It falls to the client to figure out how the system works. After three years of dealing with OTP, and specifically this branch, I would recommend that international clients consider choosing a bank that is more international in its scope and is hopefully better equipped to assist with your needs. Concerning basic deposits and withdrawals, the availability of online banking, and the number of branches and ATMs in Hungary, I have found OTP to be adequate.
