I've been renting a studio flat from nyolcas.com for the past 2 years and I never had any issues with them. When the heating system in the apartment stopped working last year they managed to fix it within a day. I will be moving back to my home country shortly, but I thought the least I could do is give a final rating to them for always being very proffessional whenever I needed their help. Simply, the best! I've been using Nyolcas services for four years now, and I must say that the level of professionalism and commitment is extremely high. They are everything a tenant can ask for.

Me and my wife are foreigners and we live far from Budapest. This is why we searched for an all-in-one management company, to get full service from a somebody who is specialized in long-term renting. We searched the internet and finally we found Nyolcas team. Now, we are their clients for more than 6 months, so we would like to share our impressions to help other people with it. So...everybody has to know, that we are absolutely satisfied with this management company! First of all, they had helped us choosing the right flat to make our investment in Budapest. They offered us a good lawyer as well. After buying the flat, they made a small renovation (paintings, new kitchen, new floor etc.) and they set up some IKEA furniture as well. Check the pictures! We literally had to do nothing, because we were in our own country and every steps were managed by the company! After finishing the renovation, they started searching our new tenant and they found a Hungarian young couple for us, of course without pet and smoking. Perfect! And now, they manage our flat without any problem..This is what we need! :) They keep contact with the tenant, they make regular flat check-ups and the tenant, of course always pays in time, thanks to the company's very good system and strict rules. The best part of the service is that in every 6 months, we get pictures of our flat to see the actual status of it. Very good service, t we recommend for everybody!
