★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy +30kg csomag átvételével kapcsolatban egyáltalán nem voltak rugalmasak vagy segítőkészek.Az ügyfélszolgálaton az úr a telefonba röhögve közölte, hogy nagyon sajnálja de nem tudják kiszállítatni a csomagomat 17.00 után mert nem szállítanak csomagot olyan későn a futár cégek,ahogyan 8:00 előtt sem,miután elmondtam, hogy a GLS is hoz házhoz 17:00-20:00 között ,elmondta hogy az neki plusz költség lenne ha át tenné a rendelésemet egy másik futárnak . Igazán elkeserítő, hogy sem a stílusa nem volt megfelelő sem az ahogyan a helyzetet kezelte.
They were not at all flexible or helpful in receiving a + 30kg package. At the customer service, the gentleman laughed into the phone and said that he was very sorry but they could not deliver my package after 17.00 because the courier companies did not deliver the package as late as before 8:00. after I told him that GLS would also bring it home between 5pm and 8pm, he said it would be an extra cost for him to transfer my order to another courier. It’s really frustrating that neither his style was appropriate nor the way he handled the situation.
