Mivel nem értek hozzá, nagyon megijedtem, ezért a hozzám legközelebb található szervízbe bementem segítséget kérni, hogy kiolvassák a hibát. Elmondtam a szervíz pultnál lévő munkatársnak, hogy mi történt, és hogy szeretnék segítséget kérni. Megkérdezte, hogy milyen típusú a gépjármű, mire elmondtam, hogy Mazda, nem Peugeot vagy Nissan. Erre elhajtottak. Legjobb tudásom szerint teljesen mindegy, hogy milyen típusú egy autó, hogy kiolvassuk a hibakódot, és mindez maximum 5 perces feladat. Így ezúton is gratulálok a kereskedést képviselő munkatársnak, az emberség és segítőkészség, mint pozitív erények teljes hiányányához. Ps.: Egy másik szervíz készségesen segített megoldani a problémát, amiért ki is fizetettem a díjat. Őket örömmel fogom ajánlani bárkinek. One of the fault lights on my Mazda. Since I didn’t touch it, I was really scared, so I went to the nearest service center for help to read the error. I told the service desk employee what had happened and that I would like to ask for help. He asked me what type of vehicle I had, and I told him it was a Mazda, not a Peugeot or Nissan. They drove away for that. To the best of my knowledge, it doesn’t matter what type of car it is to read the DTC, and it’s all up to a 5 minute task. So once again, congratulations to the trading staff for the complete lack of humanity and helpfulness as positive virtues. Ps .: Another service was willing to help solve the problem, for which I paid the fee. I will be happy to recommend them to anyone.

I do not recommend it to anyone, the car has been in the sevice for more than two months. The amount is horrible. Communication with the customer is zero. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eddig M3 -hoz jártam de ezentúl ide jövök számomra "ég és föld" !!! I was at a mandatory service today with my N. Leaf, I can’t say anything bad about them. Everything went perfectly fast, politely! So far I have been to M3 but from now on I will come here for me "heaven and earth" !!!

In other countries, where cost of life is much more expensive than Hungary, for the same work me and my friend paid much less, for even bigger cars (BMV). And no, they did not inform us about the cost of the operation, neither by phone, nor before they started working.
