★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good selection of everything. However the staff is fairly unhelpful and rude. I forgot to put on my facemask on and the cashier demanded I put one on, except hers was resting below her chin... How is that any different? Wasn't covering her mouth or nose. Later on I asked to find an item. A staff member responded with "over there". I kindly asked her to specify, she said "the tools section!" As if it were matter of fact. I asked her where the tools section is... She informed me by the entrance. Didn't mention an aisle of course. Customer service=0. Thanks for the help. All of this was in Hungarian by the way so no excuse. Nothing new here though...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The warehouse was quite crowded at the time I visited them. They have a great selection of mediocre products, but the special needs require a specialized (another) store. Otherwise no problem with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a well stocked tool shop. They have everything what an average Praktiker has.
The only thing they don’t have it’s real sale. They are selling broken lamps almost at a full price. Broken and defective appliances and home deko with only 5-10 % off.

Update 2022.04.23. Quit the same. In addition: recently we moved and many useful thing can be purchased for a brand new apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low-quality products with high prices + most of the boxes are damaged. Mainly I don’t agree to store the footstool carpets vertically as they are all made from rubber, and they are significantly damaged, even torn. They should hold horizontally. Staff are rude and under-educated. Some of them may be more friendly but not so helpful.
