I asked for a quote, which I didn't receive in weeks. Then I asked him to wait for this. There was no answer to that. There is nowhere to develop Dear Predex Bt.

All windows and shutters have been installed by me. They did a perfect job, the mechanics did not stand all day. I'm very happy with them.

A hirdetett Rábaablakot máshol kellett megrendelnem,mert megpróbáltak lebeszélni róla,viszont olyan szúnyoghálókat ajánlottak,amit nem forgalmaznak. Siralmas. Nobody should spend time in the showroom. They have nothing to do with their products. I had to order the Raba window advertised elsewhere because they tried to talk about it, but they offered mosquito nets that they did not market. Deplorable.

Személyesen nem adnak árajánlatot, többszöri hívást követően sem küldik a megadott email címre az ajánlatukat. 10 nap könyörgés után másik céghez fordulva azonnali kiszolgálást kaptunk. Így ez a cég leírta magát nálam. Unreliable, customer service is zero! They do not give a price offer in person, nor do they send their offer to the given e-mail address after repeated calls. After 10 days of begging, we turned to another company and received immediate service. So this company described itself to me.

Nem volt csúszás a megbeszélt időponttal, időben érkeztek meg a termékek. A szerelő brigáddal is elégedett voltam. Köszönöm a munkáját mindenkinek, a folyamat elejétől a végéig. :-) They were very kind to me in the showroom. I’m not a technical genius, so I had several questions for the lady. He answered kindly, understandable to me as well. There was no delay with the agreed time, the products arrived on time. I was also pleased with the mechanic brigade. Thank you to everyone for your work, from the beginning to the end of the process. :-)

Az időpont egyeztetés során rugalmasak voltak és időben érkeztek a beszerelésre. Az eredmény kiváló lett. Mindenkinek nyugodt szívvel tudom ajánlani őket. It was easy to contact a salesperson who had great professionalism. The dates were flexible during the appointment and arrived on time for installation. The result was excellent. I can recommend them to everyone with a calm heart.

A beépítő csapattal is elégedett vagyok, jó kedélyű társaság de mégis hatékonyan dolgoztak. Nem a legolcsóbb de nem bántam meg. Perfect quality doors and windows, I could contact the sales office almost day and night if I had any questions. I received a detailed description and price offer. I am also pleased with the installation team, a good-natured company but still working efficiently. Not the cheapest but I didn't regret it.
