But not near something too special The worst thing was that the side dish was not good and when i said it to the waiter he just said that he would update the kitchen and he let it go like nothing The dish was returned untouched.
P	Patrik Barton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for the Valentine's Day offer. Decoration, atmosphere and service were amazing from the moment we stepped in. We expected to have a great night as we were seated at our tables. The main waiter was very attentive but not intrusive, which was very welcome. Our cocktails were amazing, although our first selection could not be made due to missing ingredients. The plating was impeccable, everything looked perfect. Sadly, the food itself did not measure up whatsoever. Most of our meals tasted absolutely unseasoned. The few courses that did taste good did so only because of the ingredients themselves. This sadly did not help the steak, which was the biggest letdown of the night, being completely devoid of seasoning or flavour as well. Several elements of our food (and of other guests sitting near us) were also very badly burnt. Considering the expensive ingredients and the popularity of the restaurant, we never would have expected such a disappointment. The overall quality of the food was utterly terrible, and unquestionably not worth such high price. Would never recommend to friends, or go again.

Also can't miss out the local great vintages, such as Pava or Solus, which can serve amazing full bodied and hungarian barrel oak touch with Cabernet franc dominant glass. It will go great with the steaks. Wide Fillet mignon selections and a bit less variety of choices for other cuts but still well organized menus. + Laguiole knifes added some extra specialties. Highly recommended for a special day.

They even provided a complementary chocolate cake with fireworks, replete with a birthday song and light show in the restaurant ? also took a photo for us and printed it on the spot! We will certainly be back again when we return to Budapest!

Absolutely a meat lover's paradise with a spread that could choke a T-Rex! Huge selection of cuts, combinations and absolutely cooked to perfection. All beautifully served and with a bit of showmanship flourish as can be expected from modern cuisine. Highly recommended.
