Az elárusító hölgy egyből úgy fogadott hogy ”Ne most akard kicserélni a ruhát” elmagyaráztam neki, hogy mi történt és hogy nem-e lehetne kamerákat vissza nézni, mert az is lehet hogy ebéd közben kilopta valaki a táskából. A válasz az volt hogy “persze majd a kamerákat fogom neked vissza nézni”. Oda hívták a hölgyet aki kasszált nekünk, aki gúnyosan azt mondta hogy “és hova tettem volna a ruhát, felvettem?”. Ezt a szakszerűtlen hozzáállást és a lekezelő beszédstílust nem engedheti meg magának egy alkalmazott a vevővel szemben! We bought a sweatshirt and jeans here the other day. A kapucnis pulóverek akciós figyelemfelkeltő ártáblával 1000 Ft-al olcsóbban hirdették, mint a terméken az árucímke. A pénztárnál jeleztem a problémát. Kell vagy nem kell válasz volt. Válaszoltam, hogy azon az áron kell amit az akciós címke jelez. Kioktattak, hogy ők rendszeresen járnak fogyasztó védelmi tréningre, és tudják hogy azon az áron kell adni a terméket ami a címkén van. Kiderült hogy valamikor pakoltak és rossz papír maradt fent. 4 darabot vásároltam egyébként. Elfogadtam volna a tévedést, de a hangnemet nem. Kutyául beszélt velem a minek nevezzem boltvezető. Már elindultam a pénztárból amikor az orra alatt oda ugatott: " szemét állat" The shopkeeper called him a rotten animal. I had a very unpleasant shopping today. Hogy mennyire lesznek méret és minőségtartóak hát.... most arról inkább nem beszélnék. The staff is nice to us customers decoration is pretty good The clothes quality is ok and they look pretty good I would not recommend buying shoes here tho Those are like 1 month and it's ripping apart
