That qualifies me as a loyal customer that they are now losing. During the past 4 (four) days I bought frankfurters covered in mould and now I have just opened a package of organic corn flour with living, moving worms in it. I will most definitely NOT do my shopping here anymore.
A	Ahmed Alsaeedi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars because they have my fav ice cream, which you barely find anywhere. Hagen daiz Mango and raspberry. Price is a bit high but the products are top quality. Its a good place for short list shopping.

Although customer service is too often an unknown concept in Budapest, this market is not only oblivious and bordering on abusiveness towards its customers - they have brought BAD customer service to the lowest level I have every experienced anywhere in the world as a keen traveler. In addition to the all pervasive rudeness, the stock is really weird in terms of what one would normally find in a GOOD Budapest supermarket - they seem to stock basic items in low number and the poorest brands. On top of the rudeness and oblivion to stocking the best products, the prices are 30-50% above other supermarket prices in Budapest. The Pest location near the Margit Hid benefits and tolerates this bad behavior from the lack of DECENT supermarkets anywhere in the nearby area, so I would advise going much farther afield to do your shopping. Believe me its worth a taxi fare to shop in a different location! This was a maddening, overpriced, and generally disgusting grocery shopping experience for me! AVOID AT ALL COST!!
