The media markt was very vested with them. I sent the + warranty tv met without scratches with a minor flaw (the sponge protruded between the coffee and the display) and I got it back with 2 scratches right at the point where the protrusion started and ended. The sponge was probably just cut out and sent back. According to them, after disassembling the TV, the sponge was professionally replaced and he worked in gloves all the way through. Still, there were as many handprints on the TV screen as on a tablet thrown in front of a preschool group. After exchanging a couple of emails, I got a picture from them of the tv that is distant and white (the handprints were also visible there due to the reflection) and since you can't see the scratch in that picture so they say it wasn't them. I have more pictures I also proved that I was sorted out so much that the picture was sent there and there is no scratch… I sent the picture in front of it, which shows that the display is scratch-free in the same part and the picture proving the absence of a sponge was ignored. I was the problematic customer to whom I quote “nothing is good”. They were outraged that I had the audacity to say that they had scratched my screen. In the end, I talked to the company manager, who just said they worked professionally. Apparently after 3 days of lying there would have been gas to say otherwise but even then. I refuted all their claims with a picture but they refused to admit that they made a mistake… If they had only admitted the mistake I wouldn't have written anything wrong about them because we are people we make a mistake but so they do it deserve 1 star… If we look at google reviews there you can see that no i am the only complainant but a lot of similar ones have been written. Unavailable or damaged product, etc.… I do not recommend it to anyone who wants a good max if there is a media guarantee then there is no choice unfortunately. I know it has taken a long time to evaluate but if a couple of people have read through it and therefore do not act dusty like I already understood!
