★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt one of the worst services I have ever encountered. There is no good way to communicate and the office does not exist except at the airport so the only way to make a face-to-face meeting is to take a taxi to the airport. Although promised a delivery by 18:00 on Thursday - nothing. Then on Friday - nothing. Called - the number is not in use. If you are even thinking of using this service, put it out of your mind immediately. If there was a way to give TNT Hungary less than one star, I would.
Just to edit the comment. Without any attempt to call me - and they have my number in Budapest - the package is now out of Hungary and at the airport in Basel, Switzerland. Such incompetance and stupidity is simply beyond astonishing.
