Nagyon hamar kaptam időpontot és ami még jobb, hogy gyorsan, precízen és - budapesti szinten is - kiváló áron javították az autónkat. Hálásak vagyunk, továbbiakban is igénybe vesszük az a Budai Autódoki szolgáltatásait! ;) Unfortunately, the miracle in my French car broke the fan in the middle of summer in the greatest heat. I got an appointment very soon and what is even better is that our car was repaired quickly, precisely and - also on a Budapest level - at an excellent price. We are grateful, we will continue to use the services of Buda Autódoki! ;)
G	Gergely Somogyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Évekig hoztam ide az autót rendszeresen. Legutóbbi alkalommal futómű kopogás miatt kicseréltek két szilentet és egy gumiharangot. Kevesebb, mint 1 héttel később teljesen ugyanez a hibajlenség előjött. Visszavittem, azt mondják most a motortartó bak ment tönkre (elfolyt az olaj belőle?). Nem kértem a javítást mert gyanús volt a dolog. Erre azt mondták, hogy a szerelő csinált "valamit" vele és most nem kopog. hm... Valóban nem kopogott, de azért elvittem máshova, hogy nézzenek azért rá. Azt mondták a motortartó bak jó. Azóta eltelt kb 4-5 hónap, a motortartó bak azóta is jó. Szerintem első alkalommal bontott vagy szilenteket raktak bele, persze az újat fizettették ki. Csak azért nem 1 csillag, mert korábban évekig hordtam ide, bár most már nem gondolom, hogy akkor nem vertek át mindenfélével. Válasz a szervíz válaszára: én elhiszem, hogy a szerelő hibázott, ez természetesen előfordul. Ami miatt mégis megírtam ezt a panaszta az az, hogy telefonban Önök azt mondták, hogy a motortartó bakot cserélni KELL (45 ezer forint), aztán kiderült, hogy igazából semmi baja. Ha valóban csak a szerelő elfelejtett meghúzni egy csavart, akkor telefonban miért nem eztmondták? Miért akartak egy űjabb (teljesen szükgségtelen) javítást elvégezni (motortartó bak csere)? Az egész dolog bűzlik... I brought the car here regularly for years. Last time, two silencers and a rubber bell were replaced due to a chassis knock. Less than 1 week later, exactly the same error occurred. I took it back, they say now the engine mount buck is ruined (did the oil run out of it?). I didn’t ask for the fix because it was suspicious. For this, they said the mechanic had done "something" with him and now he was not knocking. um ... He didn't really knock, but I took him elsewhere to look at him. They said the engine mount buck is good. It has been about 4-5 months since then, the engine mount buck has been good ever since. I think for the first time it was demolished or silens were put in it, of course the new one was paid for. Not just 1 star because I used to wear it here for years, although now I don’t think I was beaten through it all by then. Service response: i believe the mechanic made a mistake, this of course happens. What made me write this complaint is that you said on the phone that the engine mount MUST have to be replaced (45 thousand forints), and then it turned out that there was really nothing wrong. If only the mechanic really forgot to tighten a screw, then why didn’t they say that on the phone? Why did they want to do another (completely unnecessary) repair (engine mount bracket replacement)? The whole thing stinks ...

H	H&B Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ July 2020 For an "oil change" my engine was left short of 2 litres of oil, endangering the engine through seizure as well as the car passengers. Also during this "service" the diesel fuel pump was exchanged without reason and without authorization. These people are unprofessional, incompetent and, sorry to say it, shysters. DON'T GO THERE.
I	István Farkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit tricky to reach (inside a huge railway-yard), but rock solid and reliable, if you need official certificates, like origin-check for used vehicle sale transaction, or registration certification. You can book a timeslot via phone in advance, so no waiting is required, if you plan ahead. Solid chaps, I'm a regular customer, and all occasions were o.k.
