EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY They didn't change the sheets before we got there so the bed was full of other people's hair and it was very unsanitary. When I sent an email to the manager she said that they won't be able to change them until morning... And then in the morning maid came to change the sheets with another dirty set!!! I had to tell her it was dirty again full of hair, so she changed it the second time. This time she bought sticky roller with her, to clean the hair... Horrible experience in general

We booked an apartment on Vaci Utca 17, but when we arrived with all 11 huge baggages from the airport, they told us that our booking was changed to Vaci Itca 9. A nice apartment with many rooms. It was sad that the shower water was leaking on the floor, in the bathroom. Also, we booked another apartment for the next 2 nights, speaking with them through mail (they couldn’t speak at the phone sadly). When we arrived at the new location, they didn’t respond or give us a message. It was very hard for us just because we had 11 big luggages. 1 star. Horrible and unprofessional.

Worst ever experience at a property! Flat came with minimal anything at all. No one came to take payment on first day so was unsure how this would work for a woman to turn up and try to open the door whilst we were in the apartment and demand we go the cash machine with her to get more money than the advertisement stated. Not what you want after a long day of exploring to be marched 12 mins down the road and for her to stand next to me whilst I get cash out the cash machine which showed how much money was in my bank account on the screen.. really really unhappy with this experience. I think it needs to be explained what to expect with payment before and told that they operate cash only payment. Rude staff, really unhappy. Also, the shower doesn’t work properly at all so overall wouldn’t recommend booking as lots of other nice apartments in Budapest for similar money.

Scam!!! check in was at 15:00 but we were waiting almost hour for someone to give us keys and show us our apartment. Girl told us that our room has some problem so she needs to give us diff. one. it was in another building in ugly street and view from window was just to another ugly old building. She opened our room and told us to pay, than to show our reservation on phone and ask to cancel, if not we need to pay extra 50€. later we realised she dont wants us to write review on booking.com so thats why. Than she leaved us. We started to explore the room but it was tiny and ruined! in the kitchen was just mugs, plates, two glasses and old destroyed mini pan. So you have kitchen but cant cook! you cant make even coffee! or tea. The shower had mold! and it was clogged! water was cold all 4 days of our stay. bed was upstairs but the railing was not attached to the wall, it was broken in multiple places so we almost fall off!!! dangerous af!!! ...the bed was disgusting!! it was not even bed, it was just matrace on the floor with cover and pillow plus blanket! and not separate! dirty with stains! carpet was full of dust dirty as hell, whole apartment was one big mess! they dont clean at all! they just change trash and give u extra toilet paper but they dont clean after u check out for new guests at all . This was the worst experience i've ever had!! Scam scam scam!!!! this room was not worthy not even half what we pay..

SCAM!!!! Do not book!! The pictures are completely fake from booking.com. When we arrived there was no sign for the hotel and we were told to enter via a tattoo studio. Once we came in there were no staff and we were told our room was left open for us. The room itself was ugly and small and dirty. There were cigarette stains on the bed sheets, and the mattress was so hard it was like a rock. The view from the window was just a brick wall off the opposite building and we could not even see the sky. We could not believe this as the photos were so misleading. It was so terrible we left and found an accommodation elsewhere. DO NOT BOOK!

Let's say this place is right in the middle of the street for walking and shopping. The Apartment is great size nice and comfortable. As for the things inside well no hand soap no shower shampoo and no kitchen towels so that staff must be there when you rent a place.

I stayed in Budapest for a week and my vacation was enjoyable, as was my stay here at Váci Fashion Street Apartments. The check-in and out process is simple, the hosts give you a code for the keybox assigned to you and it's all in your hands. If you have any questions, they are open to answer and help. The room I had for my booking was comfortable and warm (I visited in February so the heat was welcomed), with big beds, two nightstands with a lamp on each, a small balcony with a table and two chairs, and a rainfall shower in the bathroom. I like the single-person (half) blankets, instead of having one large blanket for the whole bed. You share a common kitchen area with a fridge, stove, and dishwasher,, and a handful of hooks for jackets.. The apartments are located right in the middle of restaurants, souvenir shops, a little 24-hour market (which has come in handy on more than one occasion), and it's a very short walk to the piers on the Danube River. I will definitely keep these apartments in mind for my next trip! Thank you Váci Apartments!

Best place to stay in Budapest! The location is perfect, just across fashion street which is in the city centre of the town. The apartment was extremely cute and comfy, and the landlady was really nice too. The furniture is modern, there is a small kitchen with the necessary tools to cook some times and the bathroom is also very big.
