I walked in without an appointment for 4 new earlobe piercings and I walked out with a big smile. Very professional people working here. If you are nervous or feel faint they will be there for you. The piercer was very reassuring when I was feeling high strung. I got offered a piece of candy to regulate my blood sugar level and he even said babies get their ears done there all the time. So that made me feel better. ?

Had a very bad client mis-information and bad service and scamming experience that I couldn’t understand the logic yet. I went to buy 3 new piercings to change the existing ones. However since I am allergic, that day I had wounds and seller guy told me that I should not change them that day and he was nice, even told me about medication I can use. Despite the price was higher than what I had seen elsewehere, due to nice attitude I bought them. After my wounds healed, I went back and there was a woman seller this time and she told me, she will charge me to put the piercings on. If there was a charge to put them on, why was I not informed while selling them? Btw here the important thing is not how much she attempted to charge me but the fact that this is called scamming and I will not accept this. Noone should. I was so shocked by additional charge ask and I repeatedly tried to explain the situation that I was not informed about a charge and that this will be the first time they will be putting on these piercings. And she kept saying she understands the balls on the piercings came off and that has to be charged. I think she kept misunderstanding the situation the way she liked.

Rook piercing was done with a bar that is way too short! had to get it switched out in canada. do not waste your time here. they also offer to pierce with hoops, and that is totally unprofessional !

very nice front desk lady and piercings were done quick and easy, no complications. in case you're getting a conch piercing go for a stud bc I keep moving my ring on accident and it's bothering me lol

Really nice work! Tho when I went back to consult about a problem they were a bit cross and quick with me (might have been late at the day, idk) Overall nice and precise piercing

Tldr: good prices/outdated practices Their prices are good and all of the piercings I've gotten here have been good & healed fine. That said, their piercing practices are out of date (see bottom section for details). If you're looking for somewhere that's cheap, easily accessible, & clean and you know you heal well, then this might be a good option. If you're looking for best practices or are particularly sensitive/prone to irritation then you might want to find a more professional place. Most employees speak English. They are cash only. Usually very quick & pleasant service. A few examples of outdated practices: they still use a piercing gun for lobes (unless you specifically ask for a needle), externally threaded barbells/labrets, nose screws for nostril piercings, will use rings as initial jewelry, & give outdated aftercare advice. Also, some complaints that they use low quality/not true implant grade titanium which may be an issue for people with metal sensitivities.

The people are awesome and super professional. The environment is clean and the hygien is really good. It is the third tattoo that I am doing here and all the tattoo artists are really nice and professional. I am planning to came back this year or next to do more tattoos. Thanks for the good job.

I got my earlobe piercing here a week ago, which also happened to be my first piercing ever. Overall it was a positive experience with some minor qualms. The positives: - The lady at the desk was kind and helped me to choose the jewelry, and gave me the basic info I needed to know about the aftercare and such. - The piercer was also friendly and did a good job. The procedure was quick, it didn't hurt very much, he chatted with me a little to keep me occupied while he was working, and he also kept telling me what he was doing so I would be constantly informed about what was going on. - The piercing is healing well, there's no swelling or pain, it's just a little sensitive but I assume that's normal. - The salon is very hygienic, everything was done cleanly and professionally. The negatives: - The place was quite active when I was there (Friday afternoon), so the amount of chatter, background noise, and music made it a little difficult to hear what the employees were saying sometimes. - The piercer was visibly in a bit of a rush, even though he did a very clean and good job I could see that he was in a hurry due to the amount of people still waiting for their turn. All things considered, I'm quite satisfied. I feel like I paid a fair price for the quality of the service I received and I'm happy with the end result.
