★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erika es Gábor lakáskiadásban segítettek. Később befektetőként is kerestem őket és nagyon gyors és jó ajánlatokat kaptam. Sajnos nem éltem velük de ez az én rossz helyzetfelismerésem eredménye volt. Most ismét kiadásban gondolkodom és nem kérdés, hogy kit bízok meg.
Erika helped Gabor's home release. Later, I also gained as investors and I got a very quick and good deals. Unfortunately, I did not live with them but it was the result of my poor situational. Now I'm thinking again and release is not a question of who to trust.

Testvéreimmel közösen örökölt lakásunkat az értékesítés elején meghatározott ár közelében értékesítette Gábor egy korrekt vevőnek.
Az ingatlan, bemutatásán, és az ártárgyalások levezénylésén kívül - az adásvételi szerződéssel kapcsolatos jogi-, és műszaki teendőket (még az elektromos hálózat bővítéséhez is kaptunk segítséget) is teljes körűen elvégezte az iroda szakembergárdája.
Nekünk tulajdonképpen csak a szerződés aláírására kellett elmennünk.

Gábor sold our inherited apartment together with my brothers to a fair buyer near the price set at the beginning of the sale.
In addition to the presentation of the property and the conduct of the price negotiations - the legal and technical tasks related to the sales contract (we even received help to expand the electricity network) were also fully performed by the team of specialists of the office.
We actually just had to go sign the contract.

Végig lelkiismeretes, lendületes volt a kolléga munkája, sajátjaként kezelte ügyünket, minden tekintetben felkészülten. A szükséges dokumentációk előkészítését teljes alapossággal végezte, még az ügyvéd is többször említette az adásvételi szerződés aláírásakor, hogy még nem találkozott ilyen teljes és alapos dokumentációval, amit kapott és ami így az ő munkáját is nagyon megkönnyítette és felgyorsította. Köszönjük még egyszer, csak ajánlani tudjuk az iroda szolgáltatásait!

A honlapon történő űrlap kitöltése után ugyan nem kerestek, de telefonon elérhetők voltak, ha nem tudták felvenni, visszahívtak. E-mailben kaptunk ajánlatot az értékbecslésre, annak elfogadása után pár napon belül megejtettük az ingatlan felmérését, 10 napon belül megkaptuk a dokumentumot. Korrekt, szimpatikus úriember intézte az ügyünket, a személyes találkozóra elég időt szánt, válaszolt a kérdéseinkre. Szívesen ajánlom másnak is.
We wanted to ask for a valuation for our existing property. Although they did not search after filling in the form on the website, they were available by phone, if they could not pick it up, they called me back. We received an offer for the valuation by e-mail, we took the survey of the property within a few days after accepting it, and we received the document within 10 days. A fair, sympathetic gentleman handled our case, took enough time for a personal meeting, answered our questions. I would recommend it to someone else.

All matters were dealt with by Gabor and I was kept informed at all times. This year I decided to sell my property (kids and college fee's!) and Gabor handled the sale from start to finish. Being from Ireland having Gabor involved gave me great peace of mind that it would be done professionally and efficiently. He also achieved a great deal for me with the sale.
I would recommend his services highly. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to avail of his services again in the future.
