My husband has not been able to arrange a license extension for a month. There was a medical examination, who paid for it, the doctor said he uploaded it to the EESC or wherever it was needed, but there was no notice of the ID. At the government customer line (1818) he was said not to have arrived. He went back to the doctor (4 times since then, and in the meantime the 30 days had expired), he re-issued it, refilled it, and then it turned out that he hadn’t arrived again. Then my husband went into the XV. ker. government window where they said the medical paper (of which there were already 3) is not accepted, only the one uploaded, but pay more money and they do it. Unpaid, he went back to the doctor who issued the 4th certificate and uploaded it. When I looked up what was found, it turned out that there was a data reconciliation error, but I didn't know what data was, so the upload failed. They looked through everything one by one, everything matched, yet it was not possible to upload. Next step is 1818, where they were told to go back to the government window. This is where the circle ended. My husband went back, they didn’t even know which data didn’t match because everything matched, but he paid, and so maybe they would do the legal one.

Unfortunately, zero or unqualified cannot be given, it is a star that greatly overestimates the agency’s attitude to clients and work ethic. I have been here several times, they were always helpful. When I got into an emergency 20 minutes before closing one Friday, I experienced a flexible administration.

5 star service! We were done in 40 minutes (with 5 passports and a student ID). We didn't have a date but we only waited 15 minutes!
