★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEM 5000 AZ AUTOMATA IRÁNYÍTÓSZÁMA HANEM 5020!! Duplán kellett fizessek egy csomagomért mert visszaküldték a feladónak egy ezresért!! Javítsák már ki az 5000et itt!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Természetesen a posta ismét egy hulladék. Kapom az sms-t, hogy átvehető a csomagom. Odaérvén, az automata használhatatlan. A megadott telefonszámon azt az információt adják, hogy szó szerint idézem: "az sms érkezése után túl korán mentem átvenni a csomagot, illetve a vasútállomások környékére kihelyezett automaták wifi kapcsolata nem túl stabil" :D Lassú az adatátvitel. Erre mondtam az ügyintézőnek, hogy az előttem lévő 4 emberből 3 szintén túl hamar érkezett, merthogy nekik sem működött. Erre azt a választ kaptam, hogy ne haragudjon a kellemetlenségért, egyébként erre az automatára már érkezett panasz, de nem ilyen jellegű.
Kritikán aluli szolgáltatás, használhatatlan ügyfélszolgálat. A magyar posta ismét képtelen egy levelet/csomagot kézbesíteni.
Egy nagy fostenger az egész, ami remélem hogy minél hamarabb elsüllyed.
Of course, the post office is again a waste. I get the sms that my package can be picked up. Upon arrival, the vending machine is unusable. The given phone number gives the information that I am quoting literally: "after the arrival of the sms I went to pick up the package too early, and the wifi connection of the vending machines placed near the railway stations is not very stable": D Data transfer is slow. To this I told the clerk that 3 of the 4 people in front of me also arrived too soon because it didn’t work for them either. I got the answer to this so as not to be angry about the inconvenience, otherwise I have already received a complaint about this vending machine, but it is not like that.
Uncritical service, unusable customer service. Hungarian Post is once again unable to deliver a letter / package.
It’s a big sea of fost, which I hope will sink as soon as possible.
