Hosszas próbálkozás után az ügyintéző szimplán közölte nincs cím amin személyesen tudnék úgyintézni és ne menjek oda személyesen. Mert csak a vírust lehet odavinni a papírokat nem. A hitelesítést elfelejtik megemlíteni hogy csak az e hitelesítés ingyenes holott ez volt a reklám az első beszélgetésünk alatt. Továbbiakban a telefont nem veszik fel, ha ellehet érni őket akkor pedig lekezelő stílusban kommunikálnak.
