Végig éreztették, hogy nem puszira adnak papírt, és ösztönöztek a tanulásra, aminek köszönhetően nem csak egy papírral, hanem hasznos tudással is gazdagodtam. Education is well organized, everything flew. They felt that they were not giving me paper and encouraging me to learn, which helped me not only with a piece of paper but also with useful knowledge.

Kutyakozmetika: - nem túl segítőkészek, kevés információt adnak, rugalmatlanok - a vizsgáztató szerint a kidolgozott tételek hibásak, nincsenek rendesen kidolgozva, nem felelnek meg a vizsgán - túlságosan elcsúszik az egész a kiállítás felé, nincs ismeret a kutya lényéről, hozzáértéséről, a bánásmódról - nem veszik figyelmembe a vidékről érkezőket - a gyakorlati vizsgán, kiállítási szempontból bírálták a kutyát és nem a nyírást - a vizsgáztató nem segítőkész, bírálata nem elfogadható és szemlélete beszűkült a kiállítás felé - egy Oktatási Központnak az lenne a feladta, hogy kedvet adjon az adott képzéshez, de részemről inkább elvett, mint adott - az oktatás túl drága ahhoz, hogy ennyi hibát elkövessen Unfortunately for me, the 2007 Kapos Adult Education Center was not the most sympathetic Education Center. Ügyintézésből és kommunikációból abszolút megbukott részemről. Hívogattam 3-4 telefonszámot amit találtam senki nem vette fel a telefont. Amikor hétfőn sikerült elérnem őket még ők voltak kiakadva hogy hát miért nem jeleztem ezt nekik előbb és hogy hát ők nem is látják a nevemet a képzés résztvevői között. Később kiderült, hogy egy Alexandra nevű hölgy elfelejtett betenni a a közös e-mailezős listába, hogy értesüljek a változásokról. Számomra az egész komolytalan és nevetséges. Ennyi pénzért azt gondolom a minimum amit elvárhatnék az a normális ügyintézés. Biztos hogy nem jelentkeznék többet hozzájuk! Levelemet partnerükhöz az Alfakaposhoz továbbították, amely cég rendelkezik e-mail címmel, a kért reflexió annyi volt, hogy hívjam fel őket. Hogy akkor minek van e-mail cím, az egy talány! Szóval 2 x 160 ezer tanfolyami díj, ami 320 ezer, és a 2 x (talán) 60 ezer vizsgadíj, ami 120 ezer, mindösszesen 440.000,-Ft nem ér annyit, hogy három kérdésre válaszoljanak írásban. 1.) Hol tartják a képzést Budapesten, 2.) A korona esetleges második hullámára van-e e-learning anyaguk, 3.) Milyen kedvezményt vehetek igénybe? Önökhöz fordultam egy választ sürgető levéllel is, de arra már nem is érkezett válasz. Hát, legkevésbé sem kedves szolgáltató (partnercégükkel együtt, szolgáltatók), ha 3 mondatos válasz nem ér meg közel fél milliót, akkor kaptok helyette egy egycsillagos minősítést, én meg körülnézek a konkurenciánál!
