★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Комфортные планировки квартир, очень чисто содержится подъезд, лифты хорошо работают. Сами квартиры не плохо шумоизолированы, зимой холодно без отопления. Само отопление выходит очень дорого.
Comfortable planning of apartments, very cleanly contains an entrance, elevators work well. The apartments themselves are not bad insulated, in winter it is cold without heating. Heating itself is very expensive.
