És amikor szóvá teszed, akkor kapod a választ, hogy a náluk vásárolt termékre vonatkozik az árlista. Az eset egy bios frissítésen alapul, az árlistán 2.000 ft.-volt tőlem 2,5 szeresét kérte el. Hozzáteszem ha a náluk vásárolt alaplapon biost kell frissíteni, akkor azt tegye meg garanciába. Nulla hozzáállás, még jó hogy van google ahol véleményt lehet nyilvánítani. Ha teheti be ne menjen oda senki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Tegnapi napon, jártam ott és egy kábelt lerestem. De nem látta az eladó úgy, hogy kétszer állt vele szembe. Horror áron akarta rám sózni, tudatva velem, hogy " nem fog működni" hol ott nem egy ilyen kábelt vettem már és 10/10 működött. De az eladó szakmai hiányossága miatt inkább kijöttem a boltból mert lekezelő és nem ért hozzá! Ha teheti más is akkor másik boltba vásároljon ne itt! Mert "hülyének" fogja magát érezni az eladó tudatlansága miatt! Teszem hozzá hogy egy Müszaki Informatikus vagyok és azért csak tudom milyen kábelért mentem be! Ha tehetitek akkor nagyon nagy ívben kerűljétek el ezt a "bolt" -ot !

Mert ezzel a viselkedéssel maximum 1-2 nyakassal lesztek gazdagabbak a jövőben, ha emberetekre találtok. Hogy a fenébe lehet ilyen lekezelő, arrogáns, tapír modort képviselni? Mindezt 0 szakértelemmel, mert olyan sötétek vagytok mint 6 másik. A pláne, hogy még azt is hiszitek, hogy van hozzá közötök. Vicc. Ja és egy jó tanács... a hibás VGA-kat nem megmikrózni kell, hanem garanciális keretek között cserélni.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mai napon jártam ott elsőnek és utoljára, a webáruházban készleten jelezte a terméket, amit szerettem volna vásárolni, de az üzletben egyáltalán nem volt készleten. A szakértelem erős hiányával és a lekezelő stílussal tudom csak a helyet jellemezni. Az eladó burkoltan erőszakos volt és kifejezetten észrevehető volt az, hogy nem jártas a műszaki cikkek világában.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szervizbe adtam be a gépemet. 10 nap után sem hívtak fel, hogy mi a helyzet. Felhívtam én őket, felvette valószínűleg a tulaj. Lekezelően beszélt, de mondta, hogy megkérdezi a szerelőt mi a helyzet a géppel. Félretette a telefont. Kis ideig csend, majd hallom, hogy valaki mással beszélget telefonon egy teljesen más ügyben. 1-2 perc után beleszóltam a telefonba, hogy mégis mi a helyzet. Aztán kapott észhez, hogy én még hívásban vagyok. Kiderült, hogy "kész van" a gép, lehet jönni érte, csak éppen elfelejtettek szólni. Majd még neki állt feljebb az eladó. Pofátlanság csúcsa, egyáltalán nem ajánlom. Elnézve az értékeléseket ez gyakori eset náluk.
