Erst vergessen mir das Ladekabel meines Laptops wieder zu geben . Klar; irgendwo auch mein Fehler. Dann habe ich 5000 Forint bezahlt damit mir das Kabel geliefert wird. Wieder nett und freundlich. eigentlich. Dann musste ich feststellen das auch der Adapter meiner Funkmaus gefehlt hat. Klar irgendwo auch mein Fehler aber irgendwie doch auch nicht okay das keinerlei Kontrolle abläuft das dem Kunden alle Sachen zurück gegeben werden. Mir wurde aber am Anfang gesagt meine Tasche darf nicht dort bleiben also warum wurde nicht auch gecheckt ob etwas in den USB Anschlüssen steckt ? Das kommt mir irgendwie komisch vor den kompletten Fehler dem Kunden zu geben.

First I forgot to give me the charging cable of my laptop again. Clear; somewhere my mistake. Then I paid 5000 forints to have the cable delivered to me. Nice and friendly again. actually. Then I found that the adapter of my wireless mouse was missing. Clearly my mistake somewhere but somehow not okay that no control expires that all things are given back to the customer. At the beginning, however, I was told my bag shouldn't stay there, so why wasn't it also checked whether there was anything in the USB ports? It seems strange to me to give the customer the complete mistake.
